Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Statssy, we aim to provide high-quality data science and analytics services. Since our work involves customized analysis and consulting, the following policy applies to refunds and cancellations.

1. Service Nature

All our services are tailored to client requirements and involve significant time and expertise. As such, refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation by Client

If a client wishes to cancel a service before work has commenced, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing to info@statssy.com.

In such cases, Statssy may refund up to 80% of the fee paid, after deducting administrative charges.

If work has already started, no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Statssy

Statssy reserves the right to decline or cancel a project under exceptional circumstances such as:

• Non-cooperation from the client
• Illegal or unethical requests
• Unavailability of resources

In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of the project.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not applicable once service delivery has begun, as services are customized and knowledge-based.

If Statssy fails to deliver the agreed scope of work due to internal reasons, an appropriate refund may be considered.

Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Consultation sessions once delivered
• Training or workshops once conducted
• Digital products once accessed or downloaded
• Third-party software or tool costs incurred on behalf of the client
