At Statssy, we aim to provide high-quality data science and analytics services. Since our work involves customized analysis and consulting, the following policy applies to refunds and cancellations.

1. Service Nature

All our services are tailored to client requirements and involve significant time and expertise. As such, refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation by Client

If a client wishes to cancel a service before work has commenced, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing to info@statssy.com.

In such cases, Statssy may refund up to 80% of the fee paid, after deducting administrative charges.

If work has already started, no refund will be issued.

If Statssy fails to deliver the agreed scope of work due to internal reasons, an appropriate refund may be considered.

Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
